PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held before the Planning Board of the Town of Riverhead at the Riverhead Town Hall, 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York, on Thursday, the 7 day of June, 2018 at 7:00 o’clock p.m., to consider a subdivision application seeking to create two separate building lots from an existing 0.56 acre parcel. The parcel is located at 81 Beach Road, Wading River, and is located within the Residence B-80 (RB80) zoning use district, with said parcel being more particularly described as SCTM No. 600-26-3-28.1.
