NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed proposals for the Town of Riverhead Reeves Beach Precast Concrete Restroom
Furnish and Deliver will be received by the Office of the Town Clerk, Riverhead Town Hall, 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York until 4:00 pm on September 11, 2019 and will be publicly opened and read aloud at 11:30 am on September 12, 2019.
Plans and specifications may be examined on or about August 29th, 2019 by visiting the Town of Riverhead website: www.townofriverheadny.gov and click on Bid Requests.
Each proposal must be submitted on the form provided and must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “Reeves Beach Precast Concrete Restroom Furnish and Deliver” and must be accompanied by a bid surety as stated in the Instruction to Bidders.
Please take further notice, that the Town Board reserves the right to reject in whole or in part any or all bids, waive any informality in the bids and accept the bid which is deemed most favorable in the interest of the Town of Riverhead. The Town Board will use its discretion to make judgmental determination as to its best estimate of the lowest bidder. Note: Bid responses must be delivered to the Office of the Town Clerk at the address above. The Town may decline to accept, deem untimely and/or reject any bid response/proposal that is not delivered to the Office of the Town Clerk.
