Pursuant to Section 267 of the Town Law a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Riverhead, Suffolk County, New York on July 25, 2019 at the Riverhead Town Hall, 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York, not before the time shown below on each of the following appeals:

7:00pm,prevailing time,Appeal No.2019-027–Timothy & Lisa Onderdonk–21 Fire Lane,Wading River–SCTM No.600-37-2-8.3–RB80 Zoning-for variances and/or relief from Chapter 301 Section 31 where proposed lot size for single family dwelling is 30,002 sf and minimum required is 80,000 sf; where proposed front yard setback is 40’ and minimum required is 60’; where proposed side yard setback is 25’ and minimum required is 30’; where proposed rear yard setback is 52.6’ and minimum required is 75’; and where proposed rear deck is 48.3’ from property line and minimum required is 75’.

7:00pm,prevailing time,Appeal No.2019-029–Riverhead Retail Partners LLC–245 West Main Street, Riverhead–SCTM No.600-128-3-50&51–PRC Zoning-for variances and/or relief from Chapter 301 Section 236 A(1) where landscaped area of 9.3’ in depth is proposed and minimum required is 25’.
