PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE is hereby given that the Thursday, March 10, 2022 7:00 PM scheduled Zoning Board of Appeals meeting will be held both in-person, subject to Covid-19 guidelines, at Riverhead Town Hall, 200 Howell Ave, Riverhead, NY and via Zoom Communications.  All may listen to the meeting live by tuning into local channel 22. The meeting agenda will be posted online and will include the Zoom logon information.

7:00pm,prevailing time, Appeal 2022-004 – Richard Olivo – 46 20th Street, Wading River – SCTM No. 600-53-2-20 – RB80 Zoningfor variances and/or relief from Chapter 301 Section 30 where proposed living area on first floor is 1313 SF and minimum required is 1500 SF; Section 31 where proposed front yard setback is 30 ft. and minimum required is 60 ft.; where proposed side yard setback is 25 ft. and minimum required is 30 ft.; where proposed combined side yard setback is 50 ft. and minimum required is 65 ft.; and where proposed rear yard setback is 35 ft. and minimum required is 75 ft.

7:00pm,prevailing time, Appeal 2022-005 – Frank DiVittorio – 200 Park Road, Riverhead – SCTM No. 600-14-2-15 – RA40 Zoningfor variances and/or relief from Chapter 301 Section 11 where proposed rear yard setback is 37.4 ft. to deck and 51.4 ft. to proposed addition where minimum required is 60 ft.; and where proposed impervious surface coverage is 22.4% and maximum allowed is 15%.
