Pursuant to Section 267 of the Town Law a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Riverhead, Suffolk County, New York on June 27, 2019 at the Riverhead Town Hall, 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York, not before the time shown below on each of the following appeals:
7:00pm,prevailing time,Appeal 2019-022–Dream Land Builders–406 Osborn Avenue,Riverhead–SCTM No.600126-1-6–VC Zoning-for variances and/or relief from Chapter 301 Section 231 A where proposed development includes 25 parking stalls and required number of stalls is 27. 7:00pm,prevailing time,Appeal 2019-023–Dream Land Builders–836 East Main Street,Riverhead–SCTM No.600-127-6-7.1–HC Zoning-for variances and/or relief from Chapter 301 Section 57 A where proposed impervious is 67.2% of the lot area and maximum permitted is 60%.

Greaves–11 Old River Road,Manorville–SCTM No. 600-146-2-14–NRP Zoning–for variances and/or relief from Chapter 301 Section 179 where covered front porch, asphalt driveway, walkway and paver patio increases building area to 25% and maximum permitted is 5%; where front yard setback is 24.2’ and minimum required is 100’; where side yard setback abutting a side street is 11.2’ and minimum required is 100’; where covered front porch increases gross floor area within a side yard, increasing the degree of nonconformity of a nonconforming lot.
