Pursuant to Section 267 of the Town Law a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Riverhead, Suffolk County, New York on December 12, 2019 at the Riverhead Town Hall, 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York, not before the time shown below on each of the following appeals:
7:00pm,prevailing time,Appeal No.2019-049-Flying Point 2 Associates,LLC–353 Sweezy Avenue,Riverhead–SCTM No.600-123-4-39.1–RA40 Zoning–for an interpretation of Chapter 301 Section 8A(1) where a single one-family dwelling is permitted and two one-family dwellings are not permitted.

7:00pm,prevailing time,Appeal No. 2019-054-Deborah Sheh–192 Park Road,Riverhead–SCTM No.600-14-2-13–RA40 Zoning–for variances and/or relief from Chapter 301 Section 9A(1)(c) where proposed rear deck is 17.5’ from rear property line and 9.5’ from side property line and minimum property line setback for accessory structure is 20’; Section 9A(1)(d) where existing free shed is 1.3’ from property line and minimum required is 5’; and where existing free shed is 6.7’ from dwelling and minimum required is 10’ from any building.
7:00pm,prevailing time,Appeal No.2019-055–Edith Walter Reyes–514 St Johns Place,Riverhead–SCTM No.600-126-4-38–RA40 Zoning-for a use variance and/or relief from Chapter 301 Section 8 where seeking to re-establish two-family use and one-family dwelling is permitted.
