Pursuant to Section 267 of the Town Law a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Riverhead, Suffolk County, New York on January 23, 2020 at the Riverhead Town Hall, 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York, not before the time shown below on each of the following appeals:
7:00pm,prevailing time,Appeal No.2019-005–Christopher and Kristin Donnelly–668 Sound Shore Road, Riverhead–SCTM No.600-7-3-3–RA40 Zoning-for variances and/or relief from Chapter 219 Section 10 B where proposed additions are within the Coastal Erosion Hazard Area which is not permitted; Chapter 301 Section 222 E where proposed eastern side yard setback is 9.6’ and minimum required is 10’; proposed attached deck setbacks are 9.1’ and 9.6’ and minimum required is 10’; and proposed additions increase gross floor area within existing nonconforming side yard setbacks, representing an increase in degree of nonconformity.
7:00pm,prevailing time,Appeal No. 2020-001–Erin Rogers–1451 North Country Road,Wading River– SCTM No.600-54-1-13–RB80 Zoning-for variances and/or relief from Chapter 301 Section 29 A(1)(b) where proposed side yard setback is 14.5’ and minimum required is 20’.
