NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held before the Town
Board of the Town of Riverhead at 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York on the
19th day of June 2018 at 7:20 o’clock p.m. on the motion of the Town Board to consider a Special Permit petition from United Riverhead Terminal, Inc. pursuant to Section 301-222A of the Riverhead Town Code to construct a new a new 28’ x 45’ pad with six (6) biofuel tanks totaling 108,000 gallons connected to the terminal distribution rack which is an expansion of a pre-existing, non-conforming use on a 29-acre parcel located at 212 Sound Shore Road, Riverhead and is zoned Residence A-80 (RA-80); such property more particularly described as SCTM No. 600-7-1-2; and be it further
RESOLVED, that all Town Hall Departments may review and obtain a copy of
this resolution from the electronic storage device and, if needed, a copy of same may
be obtained from the Office of the Town Clerk
