NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BE IT RESOLVED, that a combined site plan & Draft Environmental Impact statement public hearing will be held before the Riverhead Town Board on the 21st day of June, 2023, at 6:05 p.m., for a project know as 203-213 East Main Street which is seeking approval to construct a five-story mixed use building consisting of 165 residential apartments on upper floors (52 studio units, 80 one-bedroom units, and 33 two-bedroom units), below grade and first floor parking stalls totaling 155 parking stalls, and a total of 7,910 sq. ft. of first floor commercial/amenity/leasing space on four contiguous parcels of land located on the south side of East Main Street in Downtown Riverhead, more particularly described as SCTM Nos. 600-129-1-17, 18, 19, and 20, having a total area of 61,987 sq. ft .(1.42 acres).
