NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held before the Town Board of the Town of Riverhead at 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York on the 18th day of April, 2023 at 6:05 p.m. to consider a Special Permit application seeking approval to operate a Day Care Center within the rear portion (2,541 sq. ft.) of an existing building, which contains 14,400 sq. f.t of gross floor area pursuant to Town Code §301-314 B (5), within a 9,000 sq. ft. parcel located within the Downtown Center 1: Main Street (DC-1) zoning use district, situate at 75 East Main Street, Riverhead, more particularly identified as SCTM No. 600-128-6-77.
