The former Waldbaum's in Mattituck is set to reopen this morning as a Key Foods Marketplace, operated by Dan's Supreme Supermarkets.

The 60,311-square-foot Waldbaum's store may be divided for for lease to multiple tenants, a shopping center representative told RiverheadLOCAL today. “But it won’t be a supermarket,” he said.

After more than four decades of business, King Kullen will close its location on Route 58 in November.
