Flanders and Riverside residents braved chilly weather and brisk winds to enjoy the annual Big Duck lighting and the arrival of Santa Claus at Big Duck Ranch last night.
The crowd was entertained with a performance by the Riverhead Middle School show choir and the antics of Quakerjack, the L.I. Ducks baseball team mascot.
