BNB Bank has been honored with the gold prize for customer service in the Banking Choice Awards.

These awards are presented by American Business Media and Customer Experience Solutions. To find the best of the best, thousands of banking customers are interviewed in a double-blind format. No financial institutions are involved in collecting the data.

“Customers can choose to bank wherever they want. The Banking Choice Awards determine which banks do it best,” said American Business Media
president and CEO Vincent Valvo.

BNB was chosen over Chase (silver) and First National Bank of Long Island (bronze).

BNB was also awarded the silver prize for overall quality.
