Riverhead Town Police are seeking the public’s help to locate a teen who left Little Flower Children’s Services in Wading River late last night.

Police said Autumn Tucker left the Little Flower campus on Oct. 26 at approximately 2:16 a.m. and has not returned. Autumn is described by police as an American Indian female, with a dark complexion, brown eyes and long curly brown hair. She is 5’3″ tall and weighs 235 pounds, police said.

She has run away in the past and no foul play is suspected relating to her disappearance, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Riverhead Police Department at 631-727-4500.  All calls will be kept confidential, police said.
