3:30 a.m. A motor vehicle fire at the intersection of Horton and Reeves avenues. Riverhead Fire Department extinguished the fire.

10:45 a.m. A kitchen fire at 117 Oliver Street was extinguished by Riverhead Fire Department.

12:45 p.m. A male subject was issued summonses for violating Town Code Section 205-3B (open alcohol container in a public place) and Section 245-3 (littering.) Subject refused medical attention and police assistance.

12:48 p.m. A male subject was issued summonses for violating Town Code Section 245-3 (littering.)

1:38 p.m. A man was arrested on an open warrant at Riverhead Police headquarters.

4:51 p.m. A woman was arrested at a home on Osborn Avenue, Riverhead on a Riverhead Justice Court bench warrant

5:10 p.m. A man was arrested after a report of a domestic incident at a home on Moet Drive, Riverhead, on charges of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Assault in the Third Degree and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing.

6:58 p.m. Domestic incident report at a home on Moet Drive, Riverhead.

8:14 p.m. A man was arrested after a domestic incident report at 1355 Heroes Way, Riverhead, on charges of Criminal Contempt and Aggravated Harassment.

10:08 p.m. A man was charged with Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on East Main Street and Prospect Place. He was held for morning arraignment.

5:39 a.m. A woman was arrested on a charge of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree at Dunkin’ Donuts, 1051 Old Country Road, Riverhead.

9:38 Larceny report. Resident at Ramblewood Trailer Park reports being scammed out of money.

12:06 p.m. Summons issued to a male subject for violation of Town Code Section 245-3B (open alcohol container) at the Riverhead railroad station.

5:57 p.m. A man was arrested on a charge of public urination at 733 East Main Street, Riverhead.

6:41 p.m. Disturbance report. Timothy Hill Children’s Ranch, Riverhead. No charges filed.

9:38 p.m. Disturbance report at Residence Inn, Riverhead.

10:26 p.m. Domestic incident reported at 821 East Main St.

11:22 p.m. A man was arrested on a charge of Driving While Intoxicated. He was held for morning arraignment.

A total of 75 incidents were reported by Riverhead TownPolice on March 18, 2023. Among them:

12:18 a.m. Disturbance report at Residence Inn, Riverhead.

12:44 a.m. Disturbance report at 821 E. Main St.

9:31 a..m. Disturbance report at 821 E. Main St., criminal mischief to a window at the incident location.

10 p.m. A man was issued summons for violation of Town Code Section 205-3B (open alcohol container) at Shell Gas Station, W. Main St., Riverhead
