The “Welcome to Flanders” sign at the corner of Pleasure Drive and CR 104 in Flanders was again targeted by vandals. The welcome sign was knocked down and damaged within the past few days, Southampton Town Police said in a press release Tuesday.

A welcome sign at that location was stolen from its posts last February. See prior story.

This time, the vandals left the sign, damaged, lying on the ground, according to photos supplied by the police department. In addition, the Pleasure Drive street sign was removed from its post at the corner of the intersection.
