The Riverhead Town Police Department is requesting the public’s help to locate Felix Alexander, 41, a resident of the Concern for Independent Living facility at 260 West Main Street in Riverhead.
Alexander left the facility at approximately 2 p.m. on Aug. 1 and has not returned, police said.
Alexander was described by police as a Black male with a dark complexion, 5’11” tall , 180 pounds.
Police said Alexander has gone missing in the past and has been located in NYC shelters and in Central Islip.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Riverhead Police Department at 631-727-4500 ext. 312.
