The Riverhead Blue Waves dominated Pat-Med at home in their senior-night matchup Thursday, 73-32.

The Waves started strong and were up 23-4 in the first quarter. By halftime, the game seemed out of reach with Riverhead up 49-13.

DeShawn Watkins lead the team in scoring with 21 points. Peter Lagnena scored 14 and Anaiss Mitchell scored 13.

The Blue Waves will shift their focus to the playoffs now as they wait to see who they’ll face in round one. They finish the regular season with a 8-4 league record, 11-9 overall.
