Closings, cancellations and delays due to the Jan. 25-26 winter storm:

Tuesday, Jan. 27

Riverhead schools will have a two-hour delayed opening Tuesday, Jan. 27.

Monday, Jan. 26

Municipal trash pickup has been canceled for Monday, due to weather conditions. People affected by this cancellation will have their next regular pickup on Thursday, Jan. 29. Other municipal trash/recyclable collections this week are not affected.

Riverhead Central School District is closed. All before and after school activities are canceled.

Shoreham-Wading River Schools and offices closed.

Longwood School District closed.

Southold schools closed.

Riverhead Town Hall and all town offices will be closed Monday.

The Riverhead Justice Court calendar has been canceled for Monday. All cases have been rescheduled to Wednesday, Feb. 11.

Riverhead Free Library has canceled or postponed all library programs scheduled for Sunday, Jan. 25 and Monday, Jan. 26.

Southampton Town offices and facilities are closed Monday.

Southold Town non‑essential town offices are closed Monday. The Department of Solid Waste will also be closed to the public.

Apple Honda in Riverhead closed Monday.

Sunday, Jan. 25

Sunday services at the First Congregational Church of Riverhead are canceled. The church’s annual meeting has been rescheduled to Sunday, Feb. 1.

New Jerusalem Church Sunday service canceled.

Riverhead United Methodist Church will be closed on Sunday.

Church of the Harvest services canceled Sunday.

Galilee Church of God in Christ services canceled.

Southampton Town facilities closed effective 5 a.m.

Riverhead Free Library has canceled or postponed all library programs scheduled for Sunday, Jan. 25 and Monday, Jan. 26.

Tanger Outlets is closed Sunday.

Apple Honda in Riverhead is closed Sunday and Monday.

Ruggero’s restaurant in Wading River is closed Sunday.

La Plage restaurant in Wading River is closed.
