Terese L. Blasko of Southold died Sept. 9, 2026, at Stony Brook University Hospital. She was 63 years old.
Born June 11, 1963, in Huntington, she was the daughter of Merton and Connie (Fisher) Tum. Formerly of Riverhead, she worked as a pharmacy tech at Martin’s Drugs in Riverhead. Her family said her interests centered on her family.
She was predeceased by her parents and her brother, Merton “Frosty.” She is survived by her husband, Douglas Blasko of Riverhead; her life partner, Ronald Rakowicz of Southold; her children, Tabitha Dunleavy of Riverhead and Christopher Blasko of Riverhead; and five grandchildren.
The family will receive visitors Thursday, Sept. 17, from 6 to 8 p.m. at McLaughlin Heppner Funeral Home in Riverhead.
