Former Star Confectionery owner’s second act: making chocolate at Southampton luncheonette
The former owner of Star Confectionery on Main Street in Riverhead is happily making chocolate candy again. He teamed up with lifelong friend Mark Parash, who owns Sip ’n Soda in Southampton, to produce the chocolate Easter candy that generations of Star Confectionery fans loved.
