Don't forget to set your clocks back before you go tuck yourself in tonight for that extra hour of shut-eye. And remember to check/change your smoke & carbon monoxide detector batteries tomorrow.

As more of our timekeeping devices update automatically, it may be easier to forget the other very important ritual that accompanies the time change. The batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors should be changed twice a year to ensure that the devices are functional.
