ZBA again denies Jamesport restaurant’s bid to build a barn to accommodate catered events
The Riverhead Zoning Board of Appeals has again denied the appeal by the owner of the former Jamesport Manor Inn concerning its continuing catering operations. — but the lengthy ongoing legal battle continues.

ZBA: Outdoor events, with limits, OK at Jedediah Hawkins till November 2016
The ZBA Thursday night granted the inn a temporary variance, good through Nov. 30, 2016, which allows it to continue to have outdoor events on its South Jamesport Avenue site, subject to several conditions.
