Riverhead Police today released a surveillance camera image of a man they said broke into the Express Deli and Café early last Thursday morning.

The unknown man forcibly entered the business premises by breaking out the glass in the front door, according to police. He entered the premises and removed cash from the register area and then fled on foot northbound on Osborn Avenue.

Last week police said a K9 unit established a track to Lincoln Street but produced no suspect.

Riverhead Police are asking anyone with information to contact them at (631)727-4500 ext. 633. All calls will remain confidential, police said.
