Visitors who braved the midday oppressive heat were able to enjoy browsing the many vendor booths at the 44th Annual Polish Town Fair before thunderstorms rolled in and the skies opened up later in the afternoon.

The fair opens up again Sunday morning at 10. The National Weather Service forecast calls for cloudy skies with showers likely in the morning, with highs in the mid-70s.
