Suffolk County Crime Stoppers released this image of a man wanted in connection with the theft of a scooter from the Target store in Riverhead.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and the Riverhead Town Police Department are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate a man they say stole a GOTRAX scooter from the Riverhead Target on Route 58 last month.

Police say the suspect removed the scooter, valued at approximately $350, from the store on Oct. 1. The man fled in a white sedan, according to the report.

Police released a surveillance camera image of the suspect. (Above.)

All calls, text messages and emails will be kept confidential, police said.
