The Riverhead Police Department is requesting the public’s help in locating a Riverhead teenage girl who went missing Monday.

Cynthia Reyes Cardenas, 16,  was last seen Feb. 5 at about 4 p.m. at 1355 Roanoke Avenue in Riverhead, police said in a press release Wednesday night. 

Cynthia is described by police as a Hispanic female, 5 feet, 3 inches tall, weighing 130 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing a light blue hooded sweatshirt, cream-colored Prada vest, light blue pants, and cream-colored sneakers, police said.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Cynthia Reyes Cardenas is asked to contact the Riverhead Police Department at (631) 727-4500.  All calls will be kept confidential, police said.
