The Riverhead Police Department is asking the public’s help to locate a Timothy Hill Ranch resident missing since Saturday afternoon.
Police said Josiah Poteat, 16, left the area of Walmart in Riverhead on foot on Oct. 4 at approximately 3 p.m. and has not been seen since.
Josiah is Black male, 5’5″ tall, 216 lbs. with black dreadlocks, police said. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue jeans and black sneakers.
No foul play is suspected, according to the police report.
Riverhead Police ask anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Josiah Poteat to contact them at (631) 727-4500. All calls will be kept confidential, police said.
