Prestige Properties & Development Company Inc. of New York City has taken ownership of the 395,000-square-foot shopping plaza, purchased for an undisclosed sum, the seller's representative announced.

Jane Millman, president of Riverhead Dodge, has been elected chairperson of the board of directors of the Greater New York Auto Dealership Association.

The Nassau County-based community bank filed an application this month with federal regulators to establish a new branch at 140 E. Main St. at the corner of East Avenue, the former location of a Capital One branch. The bank plans to open the new branch, its first east of Route 112, in the first half of 2019.
