Riverhead Highway Superintendent Mike Zaleski said highway crews will be removing snow piles from Pulaski Street in Polish Town Tuesday morning, beginning at 7 a.m.

Pulaski Street between Osborn and Marcy avenues is closed this morning for snow removal, Riverhead Highway Superintendent Mike Zaleski said this morning.

Town officials are seeking volunteers to help document buildings in Riverhead's Polish Town and collect stories and records that may help an effort to gain historic district recognition for the neighborhood.
