New-businesses openings and ownership changes are reshaping the open-air complex, from all-natural desserts to crafts, custom parties and exotic plants.

Parking lot repaving and drainage improvements are slated for Police Officers Memorial Park this fall, to be primarily funded with cannabis sales tax revenues, Riverhead Town officials said.
