The Phillips Avenue PTO is proud to announce “March Madness” Family Engagement Week. Throughout the week, families are encouraged to participate in the many exciting events and activities planned.

The events kick off on Monday night, March 17, 6 to 7:30 p.m. with Math Night. Mrs. Curry will demonstrate math games that can be played at home. Everyone will receive a goodie bag filled with dice, counters, cards, and game instructions.

Tuesday night, March 18, 6 to 7:30 p.m. is a free showing of the movie Frozen.

Wednesday night, March 19, 6 to 7:30 p.m. is Literacy Night. Ms. Mazzaferro will demonstrate to parents how to engage their children in extension activities to use during their reading as a family at home.

Thursday night, March 20, 6 to 7:30 p.m. is a free spaghetti dinner!

The whole thing wraps up Friday night, March 21, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.  at the Riverhead High School gymnasium. The doors to the  third annual Crazy Sports Night  open at 6:00PM. All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to New Beginnings Brendan House. Tickets are $6 each. Children under 2 are free.
