Angela C. Johnson of Riverhead died April 14, 2018. She was 53 years old.
She was born in Riverhead on Jan. 21, 1965 to Neimon and Doris (Brown) Griffin.
She worked as an assembly worker at TruTech in Riverhead. In her spare time, she enjoyed playing bingo, playing cards, fishing and attending family events.
Predeceased by her husband Wayne in 2008 and her siblings Rose, Lorrie and Benjamin, she is survived by her children Wranesha Jenkins, Ladon, Anthony, Jaron, Marcus and Brianna, her mother Doris Griffin, her siblings Hazel Jackson, Neimon Jr., Donald, Richard, Keith, Jeffrey, Ronald and Cynthia Miles and by two grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Friday, April 20 from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Galilee First Church of God in Christ. A funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Riverhead Cemetery.
