The Peconic Bay Medical Center hosted their sixth annual caregivers retreat virtually on Friday, Nov. 20 and the video is now available on YouTube.
The retreat video is nearly two hours and contains resources, information and support for those who support or care for another person.
The video features panels concerning elder law, palliative medicine, home care, infection prevention and a stress management workshop featuring Dana Bordsen of Saint James Rehabilitation.
