A community nature walk focused on health and conservation will be held Wednesday, July 16, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Indian Island County Park in Riverhead.
The walk will include a tick safety talk by Stony Brook Medicine, a visit with Suffolk County Police Department Therapy Dog Hamilton and a discussion of local wildlife and conservation with the Eastern Long Island Audubon Society.
