Gavyn A. Drago of Mattituck died Sept. 4, 2026. He was 17 years old.
The family will receive friends Sunday, Sept. 6, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at DeFriest-Grattan Funeral Home in Mattituck.
A celebration of his life will be held Monday, Sept. 7, at 10 a.m. at North Fork Reform Synagogue in Cutchogue, officiated by Rabbi David Levy. Interment will follow at Cutchogue Cemetery in Cutchogue.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Epilepsy Foundation (epilepsy.com) or the Epilepsy Foundation of Metropolitan New York (efmny.org). Envelopes will also be available at the funeral home.
