The planning board is taking additional comment tomorrow night on the impacts of a proposed concrete-crushing and solid waste facility on Middle Road that has already run afoul of town code and state DEC regulations.

The proposed facility will crush and screen asphalt and concrete on the 6.68-acre site on Middle Road. Planners outlined possible impacts of the proposal, which the applicant will have to analyze in an impact statement.

A proposed asphalt and concrete crushing and screening facility on Middle Road in Calverton will be the subject of a public “scoping session” at Thursday’s planning board meeting.
