Police said Marcelo Viscalla Diaz, 20, of Flanders, was pronounced dead at the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Flanders Road early this morning.

A head-on crash on Flanders Road last night sent two people to area hospitals with injuries police described as not life-threatening.
