Riverhead will mark anniversary of terror attacks with candlelight service at 9-11 Memorial Park on Sound Avenue
Friday marks the 14th anniversary of the terror attacks that claimed more than 3,000 lives on Sept. 11, 2001. Local residents will gather at 6:30 p.m. Friday for a candlelight remembrance procession and ceremony.
