PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held before the Planning Board of the Town of Riverhead at the Riverhead Town Hall, 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York, on the 7th Day of June, 2012 at 7:00 o’clock pm, to consider the site plan of East End Eye Associates (Dr. Scott Sheren) to allow the construction a 7,200 square foot medical building and related improvements on a 1.57 acre parcel zoned Commercial Residential Campus (CRC), as well as the restoration of a NYSDEC regulated freshwater wetlands upon real property located at East Main Street (NYS Route 25), Riverhead, New York; such property more particularly described as Suffolk County Tax Lot Number 0600-131-1-3.
