PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that a public hearing will be held on the 3rd day of July, 2012 at 2:10 p.m. at Riverhead Town Hall, 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York, to consider a proposed local law to amend Chapter 101 of the Riverhead Town Code entitled, “Vehicles & Traffic” as follows:

§ 101-7. Turns.
A. Pursuant to the authority granted by §1660 of the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law, the areas designated below restrict turns such that only right turns shall be permitted at said location and a sign “right turn only” shall be posted at the location:
