Two people were injured in a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Route 25 and Wading River Road this afternoon.
Wading River Fire Department extracted the driver of a Volkswagen Passat, which came into collision with a Honda CR-V at about 2 p.m. The driver of the VW and one of the three occupants of the Honda were transported to the hospital by Wading River Fire Department rescue and Manorville Community Ambulance. Their injuries were not life-threatening, police said.
