A four-car, chain-reaction crash on Route 58 this afternoon sent one person to Peconic Bay Medical Center.
The female driver of a Toyota Rav-4 was transported to PBMC for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, police said. Her SUV was the last vehicle in the chain-reaction crash at about 1:15 p.m. She plowed into the back of a Dodge Durango, which hit a Nissan sedan, which hit a Hyundai Entourage. The Rav-4 and the Durango were towed from the scene.
