NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held before the Planning Board of the Town of Riverhead at the Riverhead Town Hall, 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York, on the 5th Day of February 2015 at 7:00 o’clock pm, to preliminary amended site plan petition of Koppert Cress, USA, for the removal of an existing 24,142 sq. ft. greenhouse and the construction of three new greenhouses in three phases (phase 1 of 24,291 sq. ft., phase 2 of 6,343 sq. ft., and phase 3 of 51,821 sq. ft.), an addition to an existing greenhouse “C” of 2,600 sq. ft., and three future greenhouses of 51,821 sq. ft. each (totaling 155,463 sq. ft.) for a total of 240,518 sq. ft. in proposed greenhouses and associated improvements located in the Agricultural Protection Zone Use District, upon real property on Sound Avenue, Riverhead New York, known and designated as Suffolk County Tax Map Number No. 0600-041-2-5.5.
