PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Riverhead is seeking a qualified individual to serve as a Part-time Environmental Planner in the Planning Department. Minimum qualifications are a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Biology, Geology, Environmental Planning, Marine Biology or Oceanography, and two (2) years of experience in environmental planning. Additional graduate education in the afore-mentioned fields or in Planning will be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis. Hourly rate is $32.97. All applications are to be submitted to the Personnel Office, 200 Howell Avenue Riverhead, NY, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. No applications will be accepted after 4:30 p.m. on February 13, 2015. EOE
