PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held before the Planning Board of the Town of Riverhead at the Riverhead Town Hall, 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York, on Wednesday, the 1st Day of April 2015 at 3:00 o’clock pm, to consider the preliminary site plan of J. King Realty, Inc., Grapes & Green to convert a portion of an existing agricultural building to allow for multiple uses including the processing of apple cider, storage and related sales, and various site improvements upon real property located at 2711 Sound Avenue, Calverton, New York, known and designated as Suffolk County Tax Map Number 0600-41-2-3.1; and
