A huge crowd turned out for the 2022 debut of Riverhead’s Alive on 25 summer street festival last night, featuring live music on several stages, street vendors, food and drink, activities for kids of all ages and fireworks after dark.

The event, organized by the Riverhead Business Improvement District Management Association and sponsored by Peconic Bay Medical Center, was moved to Friday evenings this year.

Upcoming dates are July 15, July 28 and Aug. 12, from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. For more information, visit Downtown Riverhead’s website.
