A Flanders man is facing menacing and endangering the welfare of a child charges after he threatened another person with a box cutter in the presence of a child, according to Southampton Town Police.

Darwin Lopez Funes, 25, was arrested yesterday on charges of Menacing in the Second Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, both misdemeanors, police said in a press release this morning.
