East End Hospice will host “Hope for the Holidays” a bereavement support session for adults and children at Riverhead Free Library on Thursday, Nov. 9 from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
The holiday season is a special time of year to spend with the people you love and can be especially painful if you have recently lost a loved one. While it may be difficult, it’s important to remember that the holidays can still be a time of celebration, even through grief. This program will explore meaningful ways to ease your anticipated grief and heartache during the holidays for adults and children.
