7:56 a.m. Town code violation, Quantum Medical Physical Therapy, Sweezey Avenue, Riverhead. A summons was issued for a violation of Riverhead Town Code 205-3b.
12:23 p.m. Town code violation, Mastro Road, Calverton. A dog was transported to the shelter due to a town code violation.
6:58 p.m. Larceny, John Wesley Village 1, Aldersgate Drive, Riverhead.
8:29 p.m. Property Lost or Stolen, Court Street, Riverhead.
8:54 p.m. Town code violation investigation, Vista Court, Jamesport. A referral was made to code enforcement for a town code violation.
